How to place an order
You can order our products by using our site. Unfortunately, orders can not be made by phone or other means.
After you place your order a notification letter will be sent to your E-mail.
We will process your order immediately after we receive it.
How to pay
We accept PayPal payment.
All wines are dispatched directly from Slovenia.
We dispatch products within 3-5 working days after the payment is received. Please allow more 3-4 working days for standard delivery.
Prices do not include the cost of delivery. Delivery cost is automatically calculated at the check-out and depend on the weight of the parcel.
Free delivery on orders of 6 bottles (one case) and over, provided that goods are being delivered to a single delivery address in the UK.
Please note that the following standard delivery charges apply for UK retail orders if less than 6 bottles:
parcels up to 4 lbs - £12.95 (one bottle)
parcels up to 20 lbs - £14.95 (up to 5 bottles)
6 bottles and over - free shipping
When ordering, please include any special instructions such where to leave shipment (in garage, behind house, etc.).
If you would like delivery at a time that is more convenient for you, such as a morning delivery, please specify this in special comment window when placing an order as there may be a small surcharge.
We will not sell wine to persons under the age of 18.
All our prices are based on current rates of excise duties and taxes. All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
We do not have a minimum total order quantity but please note that minimum order quantities for some types of wine is 6 bottles (you will see it on a product description page).
Orders will only be despatched once payment has been received and confirmed.
Orders will normally arrive within a week of confirmed receipt of payment. You will be notified in the event of any delay beyond this.
Any breakages must be notified at the time of delivery in order for you to receive a refund or replacement of the breakages. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
All our wines are offered subject to availability—an alternative or a refund will be offered in the event of wines being out of stock. Or you will be asked to wait for some more days until you order is completed.
We reserve the right to change price and availablity information without notice.
Should you wish to cancel an order, please notify us at least 24 hours before delivery is due. Any notification after this time may result in the delivery being made at cost to the customer.
You warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is accurate, current and complete in all respects. You will notify us of any changes in the personal information by e-mail or in writing. We shall treat all your Personal Information as confidential. We shall keep it on a secure server and we shall fully comply with all applicable UK data and consumer protection legislation.
We reserve the right not to accept orders. We reserve the right cancel an order for full refund until delivery has taken place.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Standard delivery timeframe is 3-5 days. Though often dispatched same day subject to stock availability.
Due to the large number of wines on the list and the popularity of certain wines, it is not uncommon for a wine to be out of stock on a particular day... which means we will need to reorder from our suppliers. Hence some orders may take 3-7 days to fulfil. Major suppliers delivery twice a week but some smaller suppliers will only deliver fortnightly and this may delay an order.
If your order is urgent, especially if it is for a specific event or date then please do let us know via an email or a note on your order and please specify the date required.
If you need the wine for a particular date, or before a particular date please make sure you mention this in the comments section when placing your order.

After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order acknowledgement email with the subject 'Thank you for your purchase at YourSmartWine'.
If no one is home, the courier will leave a card to say she/he has been. Alternatively, you may authorize the courier to leave the order in a certain place. There is a textbox in the shopping checkout where delivery instructions can be left should no one be home to meet the courier. Let us know if you want the courier to leave your order in a certain spot (e.g. at back door or in shed etc). IMPORTANT NOTE: if a request is made for wine to be left unattended we cannot be held responsible if the wine goes missing after the courier has delivered it.
Can I return the wine for any reason?
